Healthy Peanut Butter Bites

I got this recipe from Shelly. It’s delicious! Caution: it’s addictive!

Mix:
28 oz natural peanut butter
1 cup honey
1 cup ground flaxseed
1 tsp vanilla

Add:
3 cups oats
1 1/2- 3 cups mini chocolate chips.
Form into discs and freeze.

  1. I make these with vegan chocolate chips for a vegan dessert alternative at my luncheons at school. They've been very popular. Recently I've been thinking they'd be really good with mini M&M baking chips. I plan to try that out.

  2. The ones I make are almost exactly this but I add unsweetened coconut flakes to mine. So good!
